God's imagination is a plurality
Our social imagination is an aspect of God's...our social imagination is not complete without His because ours is a corrupt program. The origin of that corruption can be read in Genesis.
What most people ask is how is God a plurality.
God said, let us make man in our image, in our likeness,Genesis 1 26
God is one as a pluraity - we/us - man/ women/ child - family as a basic model of 'us' = society
As a sociologist, I can tell you that no man or woman can know him/herself outside of social interaction. In that we understand I/Me/We. Jesus said where two or more are gathered in His name and or for His purpose then God is there with them. In agreement reality, social reality, this applies in the same way. Essentially, there is no true social reality for us until we 'together' gather.
